Top PTC sites running currently, there are only 3!

I would like to introduce my readers to top 3 PTC sites running currently. This is my list, so it may happen that someone else give you other than this list. Anyway, I try my best, don’t forget please ;)

Top 3 sites are: Neobux, Buxout and BuxP. I must mention that PPclix is also a new promising PTC, having built from scratch and rich with many features. But it has to prove itself first, so I don't include it in Top 3 sites now.
I would like to mention why I put them in top 3 list:

Neobux:

Before you invest in Neobux:

Keep in mind that, if you want to get Golden membership (worth 90$), you should rent at least 300 to 500 referrals first as standard member. The reason behind this is that, if you are a Golden member, it is very hard to rent more referrals, because there is certain limit of referrals available to rent daily for all Golden members. This limit is really too low as compared to what Golden members are hunting for, so be wise and get as many referrals as possible as standard member before you upgrade your account.
